About Info

Jane Cerys (Kotomi), Filipino music producer, audio engineer, and multidisciplinary creator bridging internet culture with emotional storytelling and technical precision.

Musical Origins & Evolution

Kotomi, known musically as Jane Cerys, began his music production journey in 2018 with intimate lo-fi beatmaking. Driven by rapid creative curiosity, he gradually pushed beyond genre confines into electronic music, bass design, and experimental compositions after discovering the creative velocity of internet subcultures and VTuber entertainment in the early 2020s.

In December 2021, he released his debut full-length album, “Doughnut Forever,” a milestone project inspired by this era of fearless musical exploration. Since then, Kotomi has continued evolving his sonic signature across Dariacore, Color Bass, Hyperpop, J-Pop, and J-Rock, seamlessly uniting aggressive electronic energy with delicate melodic sensibilities.
